Yes! That balance is so important. I caught myself wondering if the "play" parts (walks, meditation, even checking Instagram) might hinder my writing time, but also know it's an essential piece for me. It ended up feeling pretty balanced for me, which is soooo much easier to do without the typical distractions at home.
